I intend to present two aspects in the physics of Bechgaard conductors in which progresses have been achieved recently: a series of new experiments performed on the superconducting state of TMTSF2ClO4 supporting a nodal mechanism for superconductivity, probably d-wave, and a survey of the high frequency quantum oscillations observed in the spin density wave states with a model covering all possible situations encountered in the Bechgaard series.
