Diplomirala je 2001. godine na Kemijskom odsjeku Prirodoslovno-matematičkog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Zagrebu gdje je 2011. godine obranila doktorsku disertaciju pod nazivom Sinteze i kemo-enzimske transformacije glikokonjugata s esterskim i amidnim tipom veze (mentor: prof. dr. sc. Srđanka Tomić-Pisarović).
Od 2005. zaposlena je kao asistent, a od 2011.- 2015. kao viši asistent na Zavodu za organsku kemiju Kemijskog odsjeka PMF-a. Od 2015. - 2016. radi kao poslijedoktorand na projektu „Razvoj nove metodologije za kontrolu procesa priprave lijekova – Met4Pharm“, a od 2016.-2017. kao poslijedoktorand na HRZZ projektu IP-2014-09-7899 „Sinteza, strukturna analiza i biološka evaluacija peptidomimetika i glikokonjugata“. Od 2017. je zaposlena kao stručni savjetnik na Zavodu za organsku kemiju, Kemijski odsjek, PMF u Zagrebu. 2021. zaposlena u znanstveno-nastavnom zvanju docent na istom Zavodu.
Bavi se sintezom biološki aktivnih spojeva, osobito manoziliranih derivata desmuramil-peptida u svrhu ispitivanja njihove adjuvantske aktivnosti te heterocikličkih spojeva piridinonskog tipa i njihovih glikoziliranih i lipofilnih analoga u svrhu ispitivanja njihove biološke aktivnosti (antitumorske, antiadhezivne) te NMR spektroskopskim studijama kompleksiranja piridinonskih i adamantilnih derivata s ciklodekstrinima.
Objavila je 19 znanstvenih radova. Sudjelovala je na međunarodnim i domaćim znanstvenim skupovima i ima ukupno 62 posterskih priopćenja.
Sudjeluje u raznim oblicima nastave iz kolegija Organska kemija za različite smjerove. Nositeljica je kolegija Enzimska kataliza u organskoj sintezi (44055) i Osnove Medicinske kemije (270691) te sunositeljica Organske kemije 2 (183962,185202).
Članica je Vijeća Kemijskog odsjeka, Hrvatskog kemijskog društva i Hrvatskog društva kemijskih inženjera i tehnologa.
Sudjelovala je u organizaciji Smotre sveučilišta, Otvorenog dana Kemijskog odsjeka i Čarolija u kemiji.
