COURSE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:
Physics 2 is structured as second part of two semester course in modern physics. Number of topics in electricity and magnetism will be discussed, mainly relevant for understanding theory of quantum mechanics. Teaching method will be more conceptual and only basics of differential calculus and vector algebra is required. Beside conventional lectures numerical exercises and demonstration experiments will bi provided for better illustration of most recent concepts in modern physics knowledge.
