Description:
Bioelectromagnetism. Cellular neurodynamics. Neurodynamic methods for functional brain imaging: electroencephalography (EEG), magnetoencephalography (MEG), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Neurophysiological basis of EEG/MEG. Measurements and EEG/MEG/TMS experimental design. Bioelectromagnetic inverse problem. Linear and non-linear methods for spatio-temporal source localization. Dynamic cortical networks. Functional cortical connectivity. Oscillatory brain activity. Multimodal integration of neurodynamic and hemodynamic/metabolic methods for brain imaging. Visual, auditory, and multi-sensory perception. Kognitive neurodynamics. Translational research and clinical applications of neurodynamic brain imaging.
