2. Roots and development of the idea of regionalization.
3. Regional approach.
4. Definitions and types of regions; Homogeneous and nodal regions.
5. Physiognomic regions and cultural landscapes
6. Regionalization - basic concepts
7. Concepts of geographic regionalization in Croatia.
8. Procedure and methods (selection, examples).
9. Regional science
10. The region as an experience and a personalized space
11. Vernacular (perceptual), historical, traditional regions.
12. Regional consciousness and identity in the context of different territorial identities
13. Regional identity and the identity of the region
14. Commodification and branding of the region
15. Regionalism. Current examples of incidence in Europe.
