I was born on 3.8.1996 in Zagreb. In the academic year 2015/2016, I enrolled in the undergraduate university study of Geography, research specialization, at the Department Geography, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. I obtained the title of Bachelor of Geography in 2018 under the mentorship of Ksenija Bašić, PhD, Asissatant Professor with the undergraduate thesis The influence of in-migration on the functional-spatial transformation of the City District of Sesvete. In the same year, I enrolled in the graduate study programme Geography, research specialization, spatial planning and regional development. I graduated in 2020 with the thesis Geographical aspects of the development of integrated public transport in the northeastern part of Zagreb Urban Agglomeration under the mentorship of Slaven Gasparović, PhD, Assistant Professor, and I obtained a Master's degree in Geography.
From February to October 2021, I was employed by Urbanex d.o.o. as an expert associate, where I participated in the procedures for drafting strategic planning documents and in research work. Since October 2021, I have been employed as an assistant in the Division of Social Geography at the Department of Geography of the Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb. My main research interests are the development and restructuring of rural and transitional areas, spatial planning and regional development, the impact of transport on spatial and regional development, and the transformation of rural and urban development policies in according to the development policies of the European Union.
