Biography

Education at the Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (2016), Master's degree in Chemistry (2019).

Affiliation and current position: Division of Biochemistry, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, University of Zagreb: research assistant (2019–).

Teachings: Biochemistry 1 (Laboratory exercises) and Biochemistry 2 (Laboratory exercises).

Research interest: Cellular response to canonical and noncanonical mistranslation and oxidative stress

Participation in research projects: Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases as gatekeepers of the standard genetic code, funded by Croatian Science Foundation (PI: Ita Gruić Sovulj, 2017-2021).

Memberships: Member of the Croatian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
